Course dates

Courses are held between 29 June and 7 August 2026 with arrival on Sundays and departure on Saturdays.

The minimum stay is two weeks. Please note that four-week stays are available only for students aged 16 and 17.

Coach transfers
Coach or minibus transfers organised by WEC are available for flights arriving at Heathrow on Sundays between 09:00 and 17:00 and departing from Heathrow on Saturdays after 14:00.

Please note that on departure, all students under 16 who have booked an individual transfer will be assisted with check-in and be accompanied to security. This service is included in the transfer fees shown in the price list.

Unaccompanied Minor Service

Unaccompanied Minor Service (UM) £60

When Unaccompanied Minor Service has been arranged with the airline, a member of our team will meet the student on arrival and sign them out from the airline representative before accompanying them to our centre. On departure, a member of our team will hand the student over to the airline representative.

WEC course combinations - pick and mix

The minimum stay on WEC courses is 2 weeks, and the maximum stay is 4 weeks.

Any combination of the 4 courses can be booked in your 2 to 4-week stay, for example, a 4-week stay can include all our courses.

English & Activities can be booked for any number of weeks.

English & Sailing and English & Windsurfing can be booked for any number of weeks and you can progress up the skill levels on successful completion of a level in a week.

English & Outdoor Adventure is a one-week programme and can be combined with any of the other programmes.
